PURPOSE:To reduce the fatigue of key operations by facilitating key inputs regardless of the degree of skill by letting the arrangement of Japanese syllabary (KANA) be a fundamental, inputting a syllable with high use frequency by the key input of one operation and inputting the KANA with high use frequency by the dominate hand. CONSTITUTION:Concerning this key arrangement, the syllables with high use frequency such as 'tou' or 'kou', contracted sounds such as 'kya' or 'sha' and syllables containing contracted sounds such as 'kyou' or 'shou' are arranged near the KANA close to the syllable leading sounds. These syllables with high use frequency can be inputted by one operation with shift. On the other hand, the KANA with high use frequency such as 'u, n, i, ku, tsu, ki and to' can be inputted within the range of the palm of the dominant hand. Thus, the user can input Roman characters with training just for a couple of days like skilled people inputting them for several years, and the characters can be inputted with a little fatigue caused by key operations. |
