PURPOSE:To reduce a spike noise and undesired radiation in a power source line caused by that the current amount is fluctuated due to the flickering of an LED in an LED display device. CONSTITUTION:A putting-out signal Gen for a green LED and the putting-out signal Ren for a red LED are decided, and the generation time of the putting-out signal Gen is synchronized with the generating time of a putting-out start signal En, and the generating time of the putting-out signal Ren is synchronized with the ending time of the putting-out start signal En. Thus, the generating times between the putting-out signals Gen and Ren are diviated, and the fluctuation time of the current amount fluctuating simultaneously with the putting-out signal is dispersed, and the current amount fluctuating at one time is reduced. Thus, the current amount fluctuating at one time becomes 1/2 of conventional manner, and the amplitude of the spike noise in the power source line caused by the fluctuation of the current amount is reduce to 1/2 as well to improve quality.
