<p>PURPOSE:To provide an expandable vacuum connection pipe whose length can be easily changed without labor. CONSTITUTION:An expandable vacuum connection pipe for connecting between vacuum containers with the use of a bellows pipe 13, incorporates a pair of inner pipes 12L, 12R respectively formed at their outer peripheral surfaces with normal and reverse male thread parts 12a, 12b, an outer pipe 11 formed at its inner surface with a pair of female normal and reverse thread parts 11a, 11b which are engaged with the male thread parts 12a, 12b of the inner pipes 12R, respectively, and a bellows pipe 13 is inserted into the pair of the inner pipes 12L, 12R, having opposite end parts fixed to the inner peripheral surfaces of the inner pipes 12L, 12R, respectively.</p> |
