摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laser apparatus, which can stably take out the high-output, high-quality single mode having the cross-sectional area larger than the diameter of a beam determined by the constitution of a resonator that cannot be achieved with a conventional apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A partial reflecting film 11c and reflectionless films 12a and 12b are provided on a coupling mirror 2. A mode is selected with the partial reflecting mirror 11c. The phase difference of a laser beam 7, which is generated based on the difference between the constitutions of the partial reflecting film 11c and the reflectionless films 12a and 12b is compensated with a phase- difference compensating means, which is provided at the coupling mirror 2. The diameter of an aperture 3 is made to be four times or less of the diameter of the partial reflecting mirror 11c.</p>
