摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide an output value similar to the one of a case when a clock synchronized with a transmission side clock is regenerated and sampling is performed at its timing even after reception signals are asynchronously sampled once. CONSTITUTION:The reception signals are sampled by the clock asynchronized with the transmission side clock and then are sampled again by the clock regenerated clock. The time difference of two sampling clocks is measured by a counter 8. At a transversal filter 4, the signals sampled by the regenerated clock are filtered by using a tap coefficient selected by a selector 9 corresponding to the time difference. From the output of the transversal filter 4, the clocks are regenerated by a clock phase error detector 5, a loop filter 6 and a VCO 7.</p>
