PURPOSE:To save the trouble of verifying an actual course when traveling on the same course again by making effective use of traffic information concerning roads and traffic which is collected at a point that a vehicle has passed during travel. CONSTITUTION:A control system 3 controls a camera 8 and an image recording device 7 and collects traffic information concerning roads and traffic at a point that a vehicle has passed during travel, and stores the information in the image recording device 7. A record is recorded in the image recording device 7 on control of a photographic switch 4 by the driver when a changeover switch 6 selects the photographing switch 4, and on turning of the steering wheel of the vehicle when a steering angle sensor 5 is selected.
