PURPOSE: To simplify production of a heat exchanger and to reduce its overall size. CONSTITUTION: The end portions of pipe connections 18, 20 which are inserted into two adjacent apertures inside a casing are put up to the locking position of the apertures 14, 16 and provided with the base portions 38, 42 that are configured according to the spacing between the two apertures 14, 16. The base portions have a stop means, which are arranged to cooperate each other to lock the end portions in position, when both of the base portions are in their locking position.
