PURPOSE:To eliminate use of a lithium shortage preventing tape, or in the case of using it, use only a short length of it by stopping positions where lithium elution is easy to occur to a part of a width of a negative electrode. CONSTITUTION:A negative electrode 1 comprising a belt of metal lithium on which a negative electrode collector member 4 and an insulation tape 5 for that are applied, and a belt of a positive electrode 2 having an insulation protective tape 6 applied to an end part are wound through a separator 3 to form an electrode group. At this time, an interval between the negative electrode collector member 4 or an edge at the lowest end of the insulation tape 5 and a lower end edge of the negative electrode is set to be at least 15% the width of the negative electrode. In addition, a lithium shortage preventing tape 7 is applied from a position where the insulation tape 5 is applied to a part of the negative electrode 1 facing the inner side of the insulation protective tape 6. The lithium shortage preventing tape 7 can thus be short, thereby reduction of reaction surface relating to discharge reaction can be reduced. |
