PURPOSE:To shorten a time required for connection by omitting the procedure of dialing with a mobile terminal, or collecting connection information with a network by operating re-origination by adding the connection information preliminarily communicated from the network side just before a squelch disconnection by the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION:When a usable radio channel is not present, and a switching can not be operated, the connection information between terminals A and B which are communicating at present is collected at a network 2-1 or 2-2 side at the time of receiving a channel switching request, and the collected connection information is communicated to a mobile terminal A or B. Afterwards, when a speech state is forcedly cut from the network 2-1 or 2-2 side, the mobile terminal A or B during communication operates the re-origination by adding the preliminarily communicated connection information, and the connection is operated based on the connection information.
