PURPOSE:To optimumly adjust illumination inside a building or the control of equipments for air conditioning or the like corresponding to the positions or number of persons existent in respective rooms or on floors. CONSTITUTION:Various equipments are provided for indoor environments such as indoor illuminators or air conditioners corresponding to respective zones and each time the persons enter/leave the floors of respective zones, the information signal of position registration or registration cancel generated by a mobile object telephone terminal 5 is transmitted through a connector 4 to an exchange 1. Based on the information signal, an equipment control part 2 stores the position registration information of the respective mobile object telephone terminals 5, and the equipment control part 2 for controlling the various equipments inside the exchange 1 identifies the positions of the respective mobile object telephone terminals 5 and sums up the number of mobile object telephone terminals 5 existent in respective zones. Corresponding to the detection of the existence/absence of the mobile telephone terminals in the zones, the instructions for turning on/off the power sources of various equipments are outputted and corresponding to the number of mobile object telephone terminals inside the zones, the control of up/down for the driving outputs of the various equipments is performed. |
