PURPOSE:To improve yield and reliability by easily manage an inserting precision by forcedly deforming the rotary shaft of a motor, and fixing weight to the rotary shaft at the time of bending the rotary shaft of the motor, and inserting the rotary shaft into the inside of a rotary shaft insertion port. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 4 of the motor whose top end part is preliminarily bending-worked is inserted into a rotary shaft insertion hole 3 of a weight 2 from a bending part 5. The bending part 5 of the rotary shaft 4 is forcedly deformed in a state close to a straight shape by the straight-shaped insertion hole 3 of the weight 2, so that a deformation elastic force is generated at the rotary shaft. Thus, the weight 2 can be exactly fixed to the rotary shaft 4 of the motor while the insertion hole 3 is a little loose. As a result, the rotary shaft inserting precision of the weight 2 can be easily managed, the trouble of the damage of each part can be prevented at the time of inserting and fixing the weight 2 into the rotary shaft 4, the yield and the reliability can be improved, workability at the time of fixing the weight can be improved, and the manufacture cost of a vibration generating part can be reduced. |
