PURPOSE:To obtain a DRAW type optical information recording medium excellent in reliability and having high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION:A light absorbing layer 2, an interference layer 3, a reflecting layer 4 and a protective layer 5 are successively laminated on a substrate 1. The interference layer 3 contains a plasticizer, preferably phosphoric ester. The thickness of each of the layers are set so as to form an interference structure at the wavelength of light for recording-reproduction. When the light absorbing layer 2 is irradiated with light for recording-reproduction, the layer 2 and the interference layer 3 are melted and mixed and recording is carried out. |
