摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a hydrogen storage alloy electrode with which a high- capacity and long-cycle life secondary battery can be provided by binding mix of hydrogen storage alloy quickly cooled and hardened at a specified cooling speed with conductive agent and specified conductive polymer by binding agent, and forming and processing it to be a film. CONSTITUTION:La, a Ni and Mn are mixed at a mol ratio of 1:4.8:0.2, obtained matter is heated and dissolved in an arc dissolving furnace of an Ar atmosphere, and it is cooled to form a block of hydrogen storage alloy. The alloy block is fused in a high frequency induction heating method to obtain molten alloy. The molten alloy is injected from a nozzle to a circumferential surface of a roll rotated at a high speed to be quickly cooled and hardened for forming a thin film of hydrogen storage alloy 11 of a composition of LaNi4.8Mn0.2. This alloy, 0.5g, is mixed with hydrogenated powders of TiNi alloy as conductive agent 12 having irregularities in a surface in which higher parts have sharp forward ends, 0.25g, obtained mix is boundby binding agent comprising mix of polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polymethyl siloxane, polytetrafluoroethylene, and polyaniline mixed at a weight ratio of 20:20:10:10:40, and it is processed to be a film to provide a hydrogen storage alloy electrode.
