PURPOSE:To improve electric charging/discharging cycle characteristic, and also safety by containing both an organic solid electrolyte and a separated liquid electrolyte at the same time in a nonaqueous electrolyte battery containing the organic solid electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:Carbon powder having lithium intercuration ability is diffused in an N-methylpyrolidone solution of polyvinylidene fluoride, and pyrolidone is evaporated after this is applied to a band-shape copper foil, to form a carbon negative electrode. LiCoO2 powder and acetylene black are mixed together, which is diffused in a toluene solution of rubber resin, and after this is applied to a band-shape aluminium foil, the toluene is evaporated, to form a LiCoO2 positive electrode. An electrolyte, for which LiBF4 is dissolved in gamma-butyl lactone and polyethylene oxidediacrylate are mixed together by weight ratio of approximately 3:1, and very fine glass powder is diffused in this, to form a solid electrolyte, which is applied to the negative electrode. The electrolyte is used by dissolving LiBF4 in the gamma-butyl lactone. |
