PURPOSE:To obtain a diagnostic result with high reliability by correcting patrol data at the time of a diagnosis of the facilities of a plant into a proper value at need and diagnosing the facilities under optimum conditions. CONSTITUTION:This diagnostic device is provided with a patrol data input device 1 which inputs the patrol data at the time of plant patrol inspection on an interactive basis, a patrol data storing means 5 which stores the patrol data inputted to the patrol data input device 1, a patrol data extracting means 9 which takes specific patrol data among history patrol data stored in the patrol data storage means 5 at a request to display the patrol data and generates an extracted data file, a data altering means 11 which alters the patrol data in the extracted data file according to an alteration request from a customer engineer, a facility diagnostic means 13 which diagnoses the facilities according to the patrol data in the extracted data file at a facility diagnosis execution request from the customer engineer, and a display means 15 which displays the patrol data in the extracted data file and the diagnostic result from the facility diagnostic means 13 on the screen. |
