The apparatus for unlocking a plurality of locking elements all together, includes a pair of revolving members at least mounted in parallel to be capable of revolving on the upholding bar at regular intervals, a caterpillar installed to rotate along a closed loop by the revolving member, and an unlocking element of designated pattern installed on the surface of the caterpillar, so that the pattern of the unlocking element opposed to one locking elements of the lock with the revolving position of the caterpillar can be changed, thereby enhancing the reliability and protecting from copying the unlocking element.
