PURPOSE:To simply assay an ultramicro-amount ingredient with high sensitivity by supplying a predetermined volume of slurrylike particular substance by volumetric dispensing when a particulate substance is supplied to a reaction system. CONSTITUTION:When a predetermined volume of gel is added, an open end 8 of a measuring tube 5 is introduced into a vessel 9 filled with slurrylike gel 7, the gel 7 is sucked by a syringe 1, and fills the tube 5. According to this method, the gel 7 of 0.05 or less of dry weight can be volumetrically dispensed by 0.8% of a relative standard deviation. Then, the gel 7 in the tube 5 is extruded by the syringe 1, and added to sulfuric acid solution, ascorbic acid solution to be analyzed. Thus, since less particulate substance can be accurately volumetrically dispensed and a quantity of the substance to be used for analysis can be reduced, a concentration magnification of coloring ingredient is raised, and sensitivity is improved. Since it is not necessary to previously weigh the gel 7, an operation is simple. |
