The marker post of the invention for marking survey points, securing signal discs for aerial photography and marking the line of buried cables or pipes or as signposts and the like in the countryside is a possibly fibre-reinforced hollow plastic body (1), the open bottom end of which is slightly tapered downwards and the top slightly domed, in which the marking (3) is stamped. To attain maximum stability and strength, it is moulded in one piece and is reinforced at the top (7) by a greater wall thickness than the rest of the side walls (6) of the hollow body (1) preferably in that the inner edging of the top has a domed longitudinal section. |
