<p>This method is to quantitatively evaluate in a stage of designing the ease of handling and processing articles and parts through their stages of their lives, such as manufacturing, selling, using, maintaining, inspecting, repairing, collecting, demounting, disassembling, recycling, detoxifying, and disposing of them. The part evaluation mark Ei which represents the easiness of handling and processing a part is expressed by a function of an index Gi representing the easiness of handling and processing the part. This relationship is expressed in a formula of Ei = f(Gi). The article evaluation mark E which represents the easiness of handling and processing an article is expressed by a function of a mean value of the part evaluation mark Ei or a function of an index G (= ΣGi) representing the easiness of handling and processing the article. This relationship is expressed by an equation E = f(G) = f(ΣGi). Further, the expenditure required for handling and processing an evaluated article is estimated from the expenditures required for handling and processing other articles similar to the article to be evaluated.</p> |
