A heater consisting of a first heating member (1) disposed under an object to be heated (4), and used to prevent the radiation of heat from this object (4) and heat the same from the underside thereof, a second heating member (2) disposed above the object to be heated (4), and used to prevent the radiation of heat from this object (4) and heat the same from the upper side thereof, and a support member (3) or a holder (7) on which the object to be heated (4) sandwiched between the first and second heating members (1, 2) is placed with a space secured below the first heating member (1). This heater is handy to carry and can simply heat food without generating a large quantity of heat suddenly. |
