Screening system, especially for a gamma radiography device having a screening body, in particular one made of tungsten powder compressed with a heat-resistant binder, a radiator (source) on a holder which can be extended out of the screening body in a channel, a coupling for an extender tube and a safety locking device against extending the radiator without the extender tube being connected and/or without a remote controller for the radiator being connected.
