The board has a plastics plate-shaped main body (12), with a handle on one side and a working face on the other. The face (26) is formed on an interchangeable plate (24) secured to the main body, and it at least can be of recyclable material such as polyethylene, polypropylene or polystyrol.The face can be coated with felt, rubber, sponge or similar material. The body can consists of a flat box open towards the plate, and with three sidewalls forming a guide groove, into which the plate is inserted.
