PURPOSE:To sort the kneaded material without disturbing a producing line and to enhance the quality of a molded form by equipping a top-opened type vessel housing the kneaded material just under the discharge port of a bath type kneader and providing a vessel transferring mechanism for displacing this vessel, a weighing machine of the kneaded material in the vessel and a controlling mechanism thereof. CONSTITUTION:When kneaded material is introduced into a vessel 27 from a closed type kneader in the upper part and this introduction is detected by a sensor, a main driving gear 38 of a weighing controlling mechanism 30 starts rotation to raise a weighing machine 34 and also the vessel 27 is raised and weighing is performed. A controlling part previously memorizes the total weight of a raw material introduced into the kneader. The controlling part judges whether the weighing value of a sorter is present in a prescribed allowable range in comparison with the memorized data. When the controlling part judges the said weighing value as normal value, the motor 16 of a driving source of a vessel transferring mechanism is normally rotated and the kneaded material in the vessel 27 is transferred to a normal stage. When it judges it as abnormal, the motor 16 is reversely rotated and the kneaded material in the vessel 27 is allowed to fall on the different conveyor from the normal case. |
