PURPOSE:To reduce generation of mechanical noise, increase the life of the apparatus and improve efficiency by using an outward rotation-type single-phase semiconductor motor and by cutting off an electric current at a prescribed electrical angle in the last stage of electrification. CONSTITUTION:An oil-filled bearing 4a is fitted into a central circular hole of a side plate 1 composed of a non-magnetic material disc and a rotating shaft 2 is rotatably supported on said bearing. The salient pole of an armature core 10 is fitted with an armature coil 7. A cup-shaped case 3 is secured to the side plate 1 and the rotating shaft 2 is supported in the central circular hole of said case. A ring-shaped magnet 6 is stuck to the inside of the opening of a cup-shaped rotor 5. At the left end of the rotating shaft 2, a fan 8a... is provided through a base 8 at an angle of aperture of 90 deg.. To the armature coil, electric current is not applied at an electrical angle of 180 deg. and cut off at an electrical angle of about 40 deg. in the last stage of electrification. |
