PURPOSE:To obtain an ink jet recording sheet capable of forming images of high grade having high ink absorbing property and high glossiness. CONSTITUTION:On a support body, a first ink receive layer having layer structure of at least one layer or more and a second ink receive layer as a top layer are layered in sequence. The first ink receive layer contains a pigment, a water adhesive and a cationic polymer dye fixing agent as main components. The second ink receive layer is made of only inorganic fine grain. Further, 60 deg. specular glosses of the surfaces of the ink receive layers and an image recording section are respectively within specified ranges. |
