PURPOSE: To obtain a pressed part which is low in porosity, damageless, and has ultrafine particle structure by correcting the resistivity of conductive fluid particles by taking up a second substance having properties different from those of the particles onto the particles. CONSTITUTION: A layer of conductive fluid particles having controlled surface properties is formed to control resistivity, and the particles are arranged in a zone in a container. Next, a pre-molded processing piece is positioned in the layer. Appropriate processing is done in order to consider the proper electric contact of the layer particles. After that, an enough quantity of electric energy to heat the layer to the press temperature of the processing piece is applied to the fluid particles in the layer. Finally, enough pressure to induce the substantial pressing of the processing piece is applied to the layer of the fluid particles. In this way, in order to control electric properties such as resistivity, a reaction with a selected element is made possible. |
