PURPOSE:To quickly start up also the function of a defroster with the constitution for quickly starting up heating operation by use of a heat pump. CONSTITUTION:The cooling water of a vehicle driving engine 2 is circulated in cooling water circulating passages 3a, 3b. The cooling water circulating passage 3b is provided with a defroster 6, a hot water heater 8, a cooling water heating heat exchanger 12, a bypass passage 9, and also solenoid valves 7, 10, 11. To the cooling water heating heat exchanger 12, a high-temperature and high-pressure coolant is circuited from a heat pump 14, and the cooling water is heated. A control circuit 30 detects the temperature of the cooling water of the vehicle driving engine 2 by a temperature sensor 13, and circulates the cooling water to the defroster 6 through the bypass passage 9 and the cooling water heating heat exchanger 12 when the temperature is lower than a determined temperature. The heated cooling water can be quickly supplied to the defroster 6, and defrosting function can be quickly started up. |
