PURPOSE:To effectively release a molded form from a stationary mold and to prevent dropping of the form even when the molds are opened by introducing negative pressure to a movable mold chamber and high pressure only to a main chamber of the stationary mold before the stationary mold and the movable mold are opened and releasing the form from the molds. CONSTITUTION:A main chamber 11 and an outer chamber 12 around a cavity 5 are provided at stationary molds 1, 2. As a movable mold 3, a mold formed with a main chamber 13 is used. When a molded form A is released, the form A is molded, a switching valve 39 is opened to introduce negative pressure from a vacuum pump 40 to the chamber 13 of the mold 3 before the molds 1, 2 and the mold 3 are opened after the foam A is molded. A switching valve 98 is opened to introduce high pressure from an air source P only to the chamber 11 of the mold 1, and the form A is held at the mold 3 by the negative pressure of the chamber 13 of the mold 3. Thereafter, the mold 3 is separated from the molds 1, 2 to open the molds. |
