PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable cushioning material which has sufficient reinforcement and rigidity force and is free from occurrence of an allophone and falling off of reinforcing materials. CONSTITUTION:A cushioning material is composed of a soft polyurethane foam 14 and any one of a polyurethane-reacted elastic hardened layer 15, a polyurea/ polyurea-reacted elastic hardened layer, and a polyurea-reacted elastic hardened layer which is molded integrally on all rear surface of the foam 14 or at any position. The reacted elastic hardened layer is a molded layer obtained by mixing and stirring at least either of polyether polyol or polyether polyamine, and organic isocyanate, crosslinking agent, or further any one of an amine catalyst, a tin catalyst, a pigment, and a fire-retardant agent in addition thereto. |
