PURPOSE:To obtain a new DNA enhancing replication activity of automatically replicating sequence in the case of being adjacently inserted to the automatically replicating sequence of gene, useful for establishing a useful protein cell and constituting gene recombination vector for preparing transgenic animal. CONSTITUTION:A DNA contains sequence ATGGCATTC TATGGGGGTG CTGGGCT. The DNA is obtained by common chemical synthesis and also can be prepared by selecting a transmission mouse made by injecting ARS sequence derived from human c-myc disclosed by TOKUKAIHEI 2-186,931, selecting an individual having the increased number of copies of episome and cloning from the individual using part of the sequence as a probe. |
