<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently remove a foreign matter adhered to a surface or an end face of a laminated plate by a simple method by cutting a metal foil of a prepreg impregnated with thermosetting resin by a laminating predetermined size, then bringing adhesive rollers into contact with the surface or the end face of the plate, and passing it. CONSTITUTION:A predetermined number of prepregs impregnated with thermosetting resin are superposed on a fiber base material or a metal foil is superposed on one side or both side faces of the prepreg impregnated with the resin. A laminated plate is heated, pressurized, molded, and cut to a predetermined size such as 100X100cm. Then, in order to remove a foreign matter adhered to a surface of the plate, the plate is passed between a pair or a plurality of pairs of adhesive rollers. The matter adhered to the surface of the plate is removed by separate pair of rollers at each opposed two sides. Accordingly, a moving direction or direction of the plate is altered at 90 degrees to be conducted. Since the rollers are formed on surfaces of synthetic resin such as adhesive polyisobutylene, etc., the surface of the plate is not damaged.</p> |
