<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a high-strength molded article by hot-pressing a mixture of a latent hydraulic substance comprising granulated slag powder and high silica material powder, a wood-based filler and an alkali stimulant in a specific ratio in the presence of water under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. latent hydraulic substance comprising granulated slag powder and high silica material powder such as high silica fume is mixed with 10-20 pts.wt. wood-based filler such as fiber, granule, chip and powder and 1-40 pts.wt. alkali stimulamt. The mixture is blended with a given amount of water, hot press-molded at 50-250 deg.C under 1-100kgf/cm<2> pressure to give a molded article such as building material. Wood piece or excelsior is preferable as the filler.</p> |
