PNEUMATIC RADIAL TIRE FOR HEAVY LOAD

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a pneumatic radial tire for a heavy load by which the tire service life can be lengthened by improving separation resistance of a carcass layer in a tire inside area up to the folded end vicinity of a cord reinforcing layer from the maximum width vicinity of a tire cross section. CONSTITUTION:In a pneumatic radial tire for a heavy load constituted in such a way that a carcass layer 1 is installed between a pair of left and right bead cores 2, and a folded cord reinforcing layer is arranged on both sides of the inside and the outside of a tire around the bead cores 2 where the carcass layer 1 is installed, and an inner liner layer 6 composed of butyl rubber is arranged inside of the tire, a rubber layer 7 which is composed of high modulus rubber having high hardness harder than the butyl rubber and has thickness of at least 1.3mm from a carcass cord of the carcass layer 1, is arranged in an area up to the folded end 4e vicinity to the tire inside of the cord reinforcing layer from the maximum width vicinity of a tire cross section between the carcass layer 1 and the inner liner layer 6.
