<p>PURPOSE:To perform excellent gas barrier properties against fluorocarbon gas, etc., and to provide excellent flexibility by interposing an intermediate gas barrier layer made of cured material of organosilane represented by a specific formula between a plastic film layer and a rubber layer. CONSTITUTION:A gas barrier rubber laminate comprises a plastic film layer as an innermost layer, a layer made of cured material of organosilane as an intermediate layer and a rubber layer as an outer layer. A low permeable rubber hose is formed of the laminate. The hose is formed by forming an intermediate layer 2 of the organosilane on an outer periphery of the film layer 1, and laminating the rubber layer 3 on the intermediate layer. As the film layer, polyamide resin is desired. As the material of the intermediate layer, cured material of organosiloxane represented by a formula is used. In the formula, R<1>, R<2> are saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group or alkoxy group, and R<3>, R<4> are saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group.</p> |
