摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To obtain an optimum production schedule for production at the lowest possible energy cost by solving a first linear programming model by determining the minimum ratio of energy use in accordance with the desired function to minimize the energy cost for production with respect to all possible operation points. CONSTITUTION: The process model 72 to characterize the operation characteristic of a production site 10 is formulated as the function relation to define the linear relation or convex relation between the respective production ratios and time sections of the products from the production site 10 and the process restriction conditions in the production site operation characteristic to determine the threshold and boundary in the production are identified. The operation point to satisfy the process model 72 is selected without destroying the same and the desired function to minimize the energy cost is established relating to all the possible operation points within the determined operation room and the linear programming model 75 to determine the minimum ratio of the energy use is solved by formulation.</p>
