<p>PURPOSE:To improve safety and reliability by inserting the end part of a second shaft into a cylindrical holder arranged to the end of a first shaft, effecting coupling through a torque set resilient member in a manner to be capable of transmitting torque, and engaging the second shaft to an outer wheel during relative rotation between the two shafts at a given angle therebetween. CONSTITUTION:When torque is given to a first shaft 11 through operation of a handle, a rotation force is transmitted to a torque set resilient member 20. Thus, when torque is below set torque thereof, the occurrence of deformation of a torque set resilient member 20 is reduced and the first shaft 11 is not rotated so much based on a second shaft 13. Thus, engaging members 24a and 24b are not engaged with the flat surface 14a of the square shaft part 14 of the second shaft 13 and the cylindrical inner surface 21a of an outer wheel 21 and a clutch is not operated. However, when a rotation force is increased and it is increased to a value higher than a torque set value, a torque set resilient member 20 is widely deformed, and the second shaft 13 and the outer wheel 21 are engaged with each other through the engaging members 24a and 24b to operate a clutch.</p> |
