PURPOSE:To shorten the coagulation time of filled bean curd, enhance the productivity and simultaneously enable the production of not only ordinary filled bean curd but also mixed bean curd. CONSTITUTION:Soybean milk containing a coagulant added thereto is filled in a pack while being kept at a temperature so as not to coagulate and then irradiated with microwaves for a prescribed time to afford the objective filled bean curd. |
