PURPOSE:To reduce capacity for accumulation storage, etc., by pressing and molding roll type toilet roll paper in flat shape so as to provide specific magnification for width of thickness. CONSTITUTION:The roll 8 of toilet roll paper is sent from a roll receiving process 4 to a cutting process 5 by an automatic round blade cutter on a conveyer belt 7, and it is cut in appropriate length. The roll type toilet roll paper cut in the cutting process is sent to a pressurizing and sealing process 6, and the width of the paper is molded in flat shape of around three times the thickness, and is sealed with film. In a molding and sealing process, plastic film 13, 14 for wrapping are delivered out from delivery film rollers 11, 12, and are sent to a molding and sealing part 21 via guide rolls 15, 16 and guide plates 17, 18. Cut roll type toilet roll paper 9 is sent to the molding and sealing part 21 with lower film 14. |
