PURPOSE:To transmit and receive ultrasonic waves with multi-channel probes in a ultrasonic diagnostic device, select the reception of a single beam or the reception of simultaneous parallel beams, and do not increase the number of channels of delay circuits used for the switching. CONSTITUTION:The number of transmitting circuits 5 and receiving/amplifying circuits 6 in a ultrasonic transmission/reception section 2 is made equal to the number of channels of probes 1, all channels are divided into multiple stages in advance, a channel selector 9 selecting only partial channels from all channels is provided on the output side of the receiving/amplifying circuits 6, and a channel signal distributor 10 allowing signals of only the partial channels selected by the channel selector 9 or signals of all channels before selection to pass through it is provided. Multiple delay circuits 7a, 7b of the number of channels corresponding to the number of channels divided with the receiving/ amplifying circuits 6 into multiple stages are provided in a receiving/phasing circuit 8, and a connection switching unit 12 switching these delay circuits 7a, 7b to serial connection or parallel connection is provided. |
