<p>PURPOSE:To prevent violent fall of a culturing body in tissue culture of a plant and contact of a leaf part, etc., of the culturing body with a liquid medium. CONSTITUTION:A cone-shaped hole 2 tapered in diameter downward is installed in a support 1. The lower part of the support 1 is immersed in a liquid medium and then, the culturing body is put so as to bring only the lower part of the culturing body into contact with a liquid medium in the hole 2. As a result, the culturing body is cultured in mutually separated state while being supported from the side by the hole 2. During this period, a culture medium ingredients are always fed from the lower part of the culturing body and simultaneously contact of leaf part, etc., of the culturing body with the liquid medium is prevented by the support 1.</p> |
