<p>PURPOSE: To deform a structural member easily into a desired geometric shape such as a spiral shape by heating the structural member, at different temperatures, to a temperature which makes the outermost coated layer stretchable/moldable in a secondary processing process. CONSTITUTION: In a cross section exhibiting a composite structure part in a state suitable for secondary processing, a composite structural member 9 is arranged on a concentric circle to cover a solid core 10 formed from a polymer of a melting point tm1 and the solid core 10. Desirably, the second layer 1 of a melting point tm2 formed from a fiber-reinforced composite material and the outermost coating material 13 which is made of a polymer of a melting point tm3 and arranged on the concentric circle are provided. Each layer 10, 11, 12 is heated, stretched, molded, and cooled into a desired shape. In a secondary processing process, by heating a structural member to a temperature which is higher than the melting point tm2 and lower than the melting points tm1 , tm3 , the second layer 12 between the core 10 and the outermost coating material 13 is melted.</p> |
