PURPOSE:To obtain a highly accurate molded product by removing such a defect that release is not uniformly performed at the time of the release of a molded product such as a disc. CONSTITUTION:At the releasing the disc molded product which is still closely stuck to a movable mold 3 (data surface,) in such a state that only a fixed mold 2 is released at the time of the separation of a mold, the disc 1 is uniformly released from the movable mold 3 using a taking-out machine equipped with a disc support part 5 destructing the vacuum between the disc 1 and a stamper 4 by the air blown out of a blowoff passage and having a suction mechanism having a size capable of supporting the entire surface of the disc 1 by uniform force. Further, a control system issuing the blowoff command of air destructing the vacuum between the stamper 4 and the disc molded product and the release command of the disc molded product due to the taking-out machine using the same sequencer is provided. |
