PURPOSE:To establish sterilization conditions, to prevent the secondary pollution with thermostable sporangium used for the confirmation of sterilization effect and to obtain a culture apparatus having guaranteed high-level asepsis by culturing thermostable sporangium in a proliferation medium for a specific period to restore the spores to nutrient bacteria having low resistance to heat and carrying out high-pressure steam sterilization operation. CONSTITUTION:Thermostable sporangium is distributed and filled through indication microorganism filling pipes 14-17 and sterilized with high-pressure steam. The proliferation medium is recovered through the pipes 14-17 after sterilization and the sterilization effect is confirmed by the growth of the bacteria. The spores are restored to nutrient cells having low heat-resistance and the apparatus is sterilized again with high-pressure steam.
