PURPOSE:To rigidly connect large-sized polyolefin series molded materials of a solid or hollow columnar state to one another. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical metal plate for a protruding or recess metal plate in which a length of a peripheral side is decided corresponding to shrinkage at the time of solidifying resin and which is bent in a cylindrical state with a gap is set to a predetermined position of a polyolefin casting mold, melted resin is cast, solidified, and released from the mold to obtain a protruding material 1 or a recess material 6 having the protruding metal plate 3 or the recess metal plate 8 connected integrally by following up the shrinkage of the resin. A part between the protruding plate and the recess plate is coated with epoxy resin adhesive, the both are engaged, and cured to integrally connect the material 1 to the material 6 to obtain a molded form. |
