PURPOSE:To surely decelerate and stop a curtain in the vicinity of a terminal of a stator block irrespective of an operation start position of the curtain. CONSTITUTION:A position detecting plate 20 for detecting a position of a needle block is arranged along the longitudinal direction of a stator block. On the face opposed to the needle block of this position detecting plate 20, resistor part 20a and a conductive part 20b are formed in parallel along the longitudinal direction of the stator block. In the needle block, a short circuit piece 21 for coming into contact with both of the resistor part 20a and the conductive part 20b is provided. In a position of the short circuit piece 21, a resistance value between each one end of the resistor part 20a and the conductive part 20b is varied. In such a way, an absolute position of the needle block running along the longitudinal direction of the stator block can be detected. By executing speed control of the needle block in this absolute position, the curtain can be decelerated and stopped surely in the vicinity of a terminal of the stator block. |
