PURPOSE:To provide a device mounting structure in an instrument panel for a vehicle in which a number of devices can be easily disposed and further the vertical dimension can be reduced as short as possible. CONSTITUTION:A device mounting structure has a center bent finisher 17 serving as 'upper side frame body' having a heater control 13 and a bushing switch 14 disposed thereon and a cluster 19 serving as 'lower side frame body' disposed on the lower side of the finisher 17 and having an audio 15, an ashtray or the like disposed thereon and repectively attached to the opening part 11a of an instrument panel 11. The lower edge 17a of the center bent finisher 17 is adapted to overlap the upper edge 19b of the cluster 19 on the inside of a compartment. While the lower edge 17a is provided with an iron clip 18 serving as a 'locking part', and a locking hole 19d serving as 'locked part' engaging the iron clip 18 is formed on the upper edge 19b. |
