PURPOSE:To arbitrarily select a filling hole to facilitate filling of foaming beads, to simplify a molding machine, and to reduce a facility cost to decrease a production cost by opening filling holes in a hollow molded form at the time of filling particles and then filling the particles from the hole. CONSTITUTION:Desired resin is heated to be melted and supplied to blow molds 1 as a parison 3 by a parison extruder above the mold 1. One mold 1a of the molds 1 is integrated with a mounting plate 2, and a foaming bead filling unit 7 is mounted in a space to be formed by a spacer 6. The beads are filled in a hollow molded form 4 by the unit 7 on the way of cooling the form 4. At the time of filling the beads, a nozzle pin 12 for vacuum is inserted into the form 4 to form a filling hole, a pressurizing unit is mounted at a bead containing tank 8 to pressurize it, thereby filling the beads. Thus, the filling is efficiently conducted. |
