The process consists in gluing a plurality of sheets of paper 3 until a platform of suitable thickness and hardness is achieved, to which platform will subsequently be fixed supports for forming the pallet unit. This process is implemented by means of an installation formed by a general structure 1 in which there is a plurality of reels 2 of paper 3 which are individually impregnated with glue by means of rollers 4 located in correspondence with trays 5 provided above the level corresponding to each reel 2, all these sheets of paper 3 being superposed in turn so that, finally, they all form a block which passes between two pressing rollers 5 in order, subsequently, by means of a cutter 7, to cut portions which will constitute platforms to which the conventional supports will be fixed, thereby achieving a support pallet which will be recyclable once degraded through use. <IMAGE>
