Heat exchanger heated by burner flue gas

The heat exchanger consists of tubes (5) for the heated medium, and lamellae (4), inserted on the tubes by collars. The tubes are coated with an anti-corrosion layer (13) which is applied only to the tube sections (12) free of the lamellae.Pref. the anti-corrosion layer consists of ceramics, refined steel, or nickel with enamel. The anti-corrosion layer may be applied locally prior to inserting of the lamellae onto layer-free sections, followed by soldering, as known. Typically the anti-corrosion layer is applied by a plasma coating. First the tubes are immersed into a nickel bath, followed by enamel coating and firing.
