A sealing bulge forms a sealing area between the bung and the inner core and extends inwards radially in a peripheral groove of the inner core. The inner core (11) comprises two axially superimposed parts (12,13) joined at a dividing point, which enclosed tightly on all sides the inner hollow space (19) of the inner core (11) and the dividing point is located behind the sealing area formed by the sealing bulge and the peripheral groove (25).The two parts (12,13) of the inner core (11) are cup-shaped, each with a floor (16,17) and at their free edges are connected to one another, and this by means of a snap closure (14,15). They overlap in the area of the dividing point.
